EL AGUIJON

 

Hubo un santo que tenía el don de hablar el lenguaje de las hormigas.

 
Se acercó a una que parecía más enterada y le preguntó.-
«¿Cómo es el Todopoderoso?
¿Se parece de algún modo a las hormigas?»



 

La docta hormiga le respondió.-.- «¿El Todopoderoso? En absoluto.
Las hormigas, como puedes ver, tenemos  solo un aguijón.
Pero el Todopoderoso tiene dos».


Escena sugerida por el anterior cuento:

Cuando se le preguntó cómo era el cielo, la sabia hormiga replicó solemnemente:
«Allí seremos igual que Él, con dos aguijones cada uno, aunque más pequeños».

Existe una fuerte controversia entre las distintas escuelas de pensamiento religioso acerca de dónde exactamente se hallará ubicado el segundo aguijón en el cuerpo glorioso de la hormiga.
